I am 32 years old (god, it feels old!!!). Though I hail from Andhra Pradesh, I was born in Mysore, Karnataka but
moved to Nigeria in West Africa when I was 3 years old, as my dad took up a teaching job there. I traveled with my family
extensively across Europe before returning to India in 1989, shortly before I turned 17.
After my engineering graduation I left to the United States to work there. Returned in middle of 2001 to India and have
been here since.
I currently live and work in Bangalore, I have recently left a Fortune 5 company to start my own venture, in Information
Technology and Manpower Training. When not working, I like to travel, cook and write.
The recipes I cook are mostly bone-chilling spicy (hey, you can take a boy out of Andhra Pradesh, but cannot take
the Andhra Pradesh out of a boy!). Amonst my favorite recipes are lemon rice, stuffed karelas, stuffed chillies and gongura
dal. I eat anything and everything under the sun, having tried snake meat, insects like roast grasshoppers, eel, so on and
so forth. But at home I cook only vegetarian fare. I possess an insane appetite for ginger soaked in lemon, and I often tend
to overdose it into the dishes I make. Next time you eat a dish reeking of ginger flavor, chances are I made it.

Here's a list of some of my favorite movies:
Gattaca, The Beach, Terminator I & II, Troy and all Bruce Willis
movies.
Gattaca starring Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman and Jude Law is my ALL time favorite. It has so many messages about being focussed
in life, the price you are willing to pay for what you want, and how you are willing to go to achieve your dreams. The movie
makes me cry every time I watch it.
If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do.
